What is ticket magic?

Glad you asked! We are an e-ticketing platform that brings a wide range of attractions and events at your fingertips.

 

Where do I find my Tickets?

They will be sent to you registered email as soon as your payment process is confirmed and completed. Do check you spam/social/promotion folder if cannot be found in inbox.

 

How to register?
It’s easy!  Just click the register button on the top-right corner in the home page > fill out all the details and submit > enter the confirmation code from your email > Log In. Hurray!

 

Do I need to do an advance booking?

There are few attractions which require prior bookings even after the payment process is completed. Kindly read the T&C for each attraction. Date & time slots are subject to availability. You can always get in touch and confirm your booking with us as it is mandatory. 


Can I gift my attraction ticket to another person?

Yes. It won’t be an issue if you have purchased the attraction voucher under your name. As long as it hasn’t been used before, they won’t face an issue at the time of redeeming the voucher at the counter.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard.

 

How about refunds/cancellations/change of tickets?
As per the company policies, once a ticket has been paid for, it cannot be refunded/cancelled/changed. Once the tickets are confirmed it is deemed as sold.
